1. Return & Exchange Period<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You have the right to return or exchange<\/strong> items within 14 days<\/strong> of receiving your order, as long as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The tags, labels, and packaging are intact<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    2. Items That Cannot Be Returned<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    We do not<\/strong> accept returns for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Undergarments or hygiene-related products<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Customized or personalized items<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Items returned after the 14-day window<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      3. If the Item is Damaged or Wrong<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      If your item is damaged<\/strong>, defective<\/strong>, or incorrect<\/strong>, please contact us within 48 hours<\/strong> of delivery. We\u2019ll arrange a free exchange or full refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      You may be asked to send photos for verification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • If the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong item), return shipping is free<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
